Pay your $40 annual household dues HERE:

Maintaining annual dues helps support residents’ commitment to improving our neighborhood through upholding quality home values and offering a true sense of community for current and future Brendon Park homeowners.

The board tries to keep cost to a minimum while trying to preserve the necessary maintenance and ongoing responsibilities of the association.

Due the Right Thing

Campaign

History:

Because we are not a Homeowners Association (HOA) which mandates annual fees from residents, our neighborhood association operates on a voluntary basis. Thankfully over recent time there has been a slight increase in the number of residents who contribute to the Association. This means that more are joining with the wonderful residents who have been giving their dues regularly. However, we need more residents to commit to contributing their annual dues. All residents benefit from the work of the Association, so it is only fair to ask ALL residents to contribute. We realize that may be unrealistic, so we are setting a goal of increasing dues paying members to (50%) over the next year and we need your help.

We are launching Due the Right Thing campaign

Purpose:

To increase the number of dues paying residents who enjoy the programs and activities of the association.

Strategy:

Provide feedback to neighborhood on progress and maybe find a way to use the progress report to promote some form of competition.

Explain the benefits that everyone enjoys even though everyone does not help with expenses.

Timeframe:

July 2023 to June 2024

Annual progress reports will be shared starting in April 2024.

Love Thy Neighbor

In conjunction with our Due the Right Thing Campaign, in the May of 2023, we Loved Thy Neighbor.

Our 91-year-old, long-time neighbor, Mr. Gerhard, lost his beloved wife Baerbel recently. One Saturday morning, with the help of our wonderful residents; we gathered to make Mr. G smile by showing up and dedicating some much needed attention to his outdoor space.
