The Brendon Park community consists of single dwelling homes zoned for residential use only. We are located within Lawrence Township of Marion County; however, we are zoned for the Indianapolis Public Schools system. Brendon Park Civic Association (BPCA) was incorporated in 1978 as a domestic non-profit organization for the purpose of preserving and enhancing the integrity of our neighborhood. We have tremendous buy-in from the community and residents who reside here due to the great advocacy work and support we provide our neighbors.
Our neighborhood is a safe community enjoying a relatively low crime rate. Each of our 22 areas within our community has an Area Leader who is most often the Crime Watch Captain. We encourage you to become a part of the BPCA network to ensure our continued reputation of being a safe neighborhood to live and raise family.

Stephanie and her husband choose Brendon Park to raise their two young boys because it was an established, diverse neighborhood, conveniently located, with beautiful brick homes, sidewalks, large yards and a true sense of community. She is happy to serve along side her board members to ensure their community remains a nice place to call home.
